Everything was great, the stuff where outstandingly accommodating and the location was favourable! Location: the hotel was really close to The Market. The room was quiet and had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Lots of great food, we loved it.

It has particularly good setting in the middle of jackson.

Amazing vibes and service!

Just spent a night here and wow, the rooftop bar is a vibe! Cass the bartender treated me like royalty. The staff are super friendly. Roc gave me such a warm welcome! The only bummer was my room was a bit noisy at night. Great experience!

Very nice service, amazing atmosphere, with friendly staff like John at reception ensuring all my needs were met and Bethany at Azure serving delicious meals with perfect attention to detail. Also conveniently located just 8 km from the nearest airport.

I stayed for a couple of nights while attending a show at Amalie Arena. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions like the Tampa Riverwalk and Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. The staff at the Azure restaurant, especially Ryan and Bethany, who were attentive and provided excellent service. I did encounter some issues with the bathroom door and a lack of room service menus, which affected my stay. It was mostly enjoyable.

Let's talk food magic! The grilled and boiled fish at the Azure poolside snack bar were divine-perfectly seasoned and fresh as a morning breeze. And shoutout to Bethany, who brightened my day with her iced latte skills and the whipped feta dip that had us coming back for more. Can't forget the great service. Those bartenders were on fire!

The check-in process was a bit messy, and the welcome felt a bit off the mark-didn't quite match the vibe of this otherwise fine place.

The Superior King Room was comfortable and well-appointed. It's a nice spot for couples, but request a quieter room if you're sensitive to noise.

I enjoyed the space in the room and the attentive service from a server at Azure who always made sure my order was right, especially the whipped feta dip I love. The location made it easy to head to a concert nearby.

The cleanliness did not meet my expectations given the price.

John at the front desk was fantastic and made me feel right at home with his warm welcome. The rooftop pool and the cozy sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The air conditioning in my room could’ve been cooler, but it didn’t spoil my stay at all! 🌞

The BEST part of my stay was the amazing service from staff like Caralee, who was so friendly and helpful 😍 The room was clean and comfy, but the check-in was a bit confusing.

easy access to parks and museums for weekend wanderers

I recently stayed here for a night and loved how close I was to amazing sights like Tampa Bay History Center and Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park, making my city walks good while soaking in the local atmosphere.

The service was really good, particularly thanks to John and Cary at guest relations, who were attentive. Bethany at Azure provided excellent dining service. Ryan and Logan were excellent bartenders, knowledgeable and engaging.
